Accessible digital experience

Thryvwell is committed to making our public website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to follow applicable accessibility requirements and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical design and testing target.

What we work to support

  • Clear structure with meaningful headings, labels, and page titles.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators.
  • Color and contrast choices intended to support readability.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images and captions or transcripts where available for media.
  • Responsive layouts that work across common screen sizes and zoom levels.

Need help or found a barrier?

If you have trouble using a page, encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternative format, email hello@thryvwellhealth.com with “Accessibility support” in the subject line. Please include the webpage address, a brief description of the issue, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you are comfortable sharing it.

Please do not include medical, payment, or other sensitive information in a general accessibility email. Existing patients should use the secure MDI patient portal for clinical communication.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review feedback and make improvements as the website and services evolve. This statement applies to the public Thryvwell website; third-party services, including clinical and payment platforms, maintain their own accessibility practices and support channels.
