Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Thryvwell website or enrolling in the Thryvwell program. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thryvwell Pediatric Health, Inc. ("Thryvwell," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or submitting a consultation or enrollment request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our telehealth program is designed for adolescents ages 12 to 17 who meet our clinical eligibility criteria. All enrollment requests and clinical communications must be initiated and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By submitting a consultation request, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor patient and that you have the authority to consent to evaluation and treatment on the minor's behalf.
Our website and services are available only to residents of states where Thryvwell is licensed to provide telehealth services. Availability may vary by state.
Thryvwell is a telehealth program and is not equipped to handle medical emergencies. If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Thryvwell is not a substitute for your child's primary care physician. We work collaboratively with your pediatrician and do not replace ongoing primary care.
Thryvwell provides medically supervised pediatric weight management services, including clinical evaluation, GLP-1 medication management, nutrition coaching, and behavioral support. All clinical services are provided by or under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals. The specific services available to your child will depend on their clinical evaluation and eligibility.
Thryvwell does not guarantee any specific clinical outcome. Weight management results vary by individual and depend on many factors, including adherence to the program, individual physiology, and other health conditions.
Medications, including GLP-1 receptor agonists, are prescribed only after a clinical evaluation by a licensed Thryvwell clinician. Prescriptions are issued at the clinician's sole discretion based on clinical judgment. Not all patients will be eligible for medication. Thryvwell ships medication directly to enrolled patients where permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for informing your Thryvwell clinician of all medications, supplements, and health conditions relevant to your child's care. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the safety and appropriateness of treatment.
Our current pricing is published on the Pricing page of our website. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. An intake fee is charged at the time of enrollment. Monthly program fees are billed on a recurring basis and cover clinical oversight, nutrition coaching, and program support. Medication costs are billed separately and may be covered in whole or in part by your health insurance.
You are responsible for verifying your insurance coverage and understanding your out-of-pocket costs before enrolling. Thryvwell will assist with prior authorization and benefits verification, but we cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement by your insurer.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Intake fees are generally non-refundable after a clinical evaluation has been completed. Monthly fees are not prorated for partial months.
By enrolling in the Thryvwell program, you consent to the use of telehealth technologies for clinical consultations, follow-up visits, and ongoing care management. You understand that telehealth services involve the electronic transmission of medical information and that, as with any electronic transmission, there is a risk of interception or unauthorized access despite reasonable security measures. You have the right to withdraw consent to telehealth at any time, which may affect your ability to continue in the program.
