Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership billing

Thryvwell membership is $149 per month. Your first $149 payment is collected at enrollment and includes a $30 Clinical Evaluation Fee for a professional telehealth consultation with an independent licensed clinician in Thryvwell's clinical network, plus a $119 Thryvwell Program Fee.

Membership renews automatically at $149 per month unless cancelled before the next scheduled renewal. The applicable Shopify checkout and confirmation show the renewal frequency and the next charge timing for the membership purchase.

How to cancel

You may request cancellation online by emailing hello@thryvwellhealth.com from the email address associated with your membership. Please write “Membership cancellation request” in the subject line and do not include medical details in the email.

Where an online subscription-management option is available through the Shopify customer account, you may also use that option. There is no cancellation fee. We will send a written confirmation after your cancellation request is processed.

To avoid a future recurring charge, submit the request before the next scheduled renewal shown in the membership purchase flow. A request received after a charge has already been submitted for processing may not stop that charge; contact us promptly so we can review the request and confirm available next steps.

Effect of cancellation

• Cancellation stops future membership renewals after it is processed.
• Your membership remains available through the paid billing period unless clinical circumstances require a different arrangement.
• Membership fees are not prorated, and renewal charges are not refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy.
• Medication, laboratory, and pharmacy charges are separate from Thryvwell membership and are not refunded by Thryvwell.

Initial clinical-review refund

If Thryvwell determines after clinical evaluation and required laboratory testing that the applicant is not eligible for membership, a $100 refund will be issued. The $30 Clinical Evaluation fee and $19 administration fee ($49 total) are strictly non-refundable.

Enrollment does not guarantee clinical acceptance, treatment, or medication. The licensed clinician makes independent clinical decisions.
