Pricing questions

What does the monthly membership cover?

Your membership includes all clinical care: monthly specialist visits, medication management, dose titration, lab monitoring, nutrition protocols, family support resources, insurance navigation, and unlimited messaging with your care team.

Is medication included?

Medication is billed separately through your pharmacy. Most families use insurance or manufacturer savings cards. Our team handles prior authorizations and appeals to maximize coverage. Most families pay $0–$25/month for medication.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time. If your child's treatment plan requires a step-down period, your care team will guide you through it safely.

Do you accept insurance for the membership?

The membership fee is not currently covered by insurance. However, we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Medication is typically covered through your existing pharmacy benefits.
