Thryvwell Membership
$149/month
Paid upfront at enrollment.
Your first $149 membership payment is collected at enrollment: $30 for the Clinical Evaluation and $119 for the Thryvwell Program Fee. Membership renews at $149/month.
If Thryvwell determines after clinical evaluation and required laboratory testing that the applicant is not eligible for membership, a $100 refund will be issued. The $30 Clinical Evaluation fee and $19 administration fee ($49 total) are strictly non-refundable.
Medication, laboratory services, and pharmacy costs are separate.

Pricing Questions
What does the monthly membership cover?
Your $149/month membership includes Thryvwell's ongoing care, monitoring, nutrition and behavioral support experience.
Is medication included?
No. Medication is billed separately through the pharmacy and is prescribed only when a board-certified physician determines it is appropriate. Medication cost and coverage vary by plan, pharmacy, and individual circumstances.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel before your next renewal to stop future membership charges. Renewal charges are not refundable. If you have questions about an active membership, contact the Thryvwell team for support.
Do you accept insurance for the membership?
No, the $149 monthly membership fee is out-of-pocket and not billed to insurance. Insurance can, however, be used to help cover the cost of medication and any labs your board-certified physician orders; coverage for those depends on your specific plan. Our care team can help you navigate that process.
What happens if I am not clinically eligible?
